Damien owned and operated several brick and mortar businesses prior to the Pandemic and turned to insurance and quickly became a top producer because he was determined to never have anything influence his success or failure than himself, ever again. Damien specializes in telesales and training other agents to become the Tele Pros. His training method is very hands-on and one-on-one.
